Has anyone else been getting the "This game is not currently available" message when you try to launch the game from steam?

Have you tried this?
This may catch an installation error or pick up a new patch that you did not get yet. Be prepared for a possible big download. After I did this on Wednesday night, my Steam version is working properly.|TG-12th| jb4
