Fix for Vista + STEAM

+1 rep! Thanks for that link, the fix worked perfectly for me. Who would have thought some missing movie intro files would mess things up so badly?!

EDIT: Multiplayer works fine, but the singleplayer freezes during cutscenes. Just press spacebar to skip the cutscenes.
