I have been searching in many forums now and updated all patches like the 1.0.2 patch
for the game and the hotfix patch, and searched though the requirements list and still cant find the problem...

So far these are my specs
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.2GHz
1GB of RAM for windows XP
Radeon 9200 graphics card
AC'97 Realtek Audio sound card
Windows XP 32-bit

Please help me find the problem so i can see what the game acually looks like!! Awesome or lame?

I believe your Raddeon 9200 is not supported. That could be the issue right there.
