Re: Men of War Review
Asch, try deleting your profile directory under 'my docs\my games\men of war\profiles'
Just remove the directory, it may be named 'player', then re-launch the game..It is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9/NIV

Re: Men of War Review
Just tried that... the game seems to get a little further before crashing. Now instead of a black screen of death or the error I mentioned above... the game starts going through the opening credits and during (or right after) it does the count-down.... the game freezes and I have to cold boot.

Re: Men of War Review
Callaway, look online for the mod Dynamic Campaign Generator. You can choose the troops you want, and then it generates a random campaign that you can fight. Beware though, the AI likes to cheat
. It decided to face me against a Tiger, a Panther, a StuG IV, and a couple of Pnzr IV's. And all I had was infantry.
If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

Re: Men of War Review
Still the best game no one is playing. I've given up trying to get games lately... It seems everyone has 200+ ping, doesn't speak English, and has their settings turned up too much for their PC.
