Re: The Redsox:

Sox in 6. I think the Rockies will suprise a lot of baseball purists who say "American league teams are better because...yada yada" Colorado is solid from 1-9 (well-except when the pitcher bats)

I think the key is winning game 1 & 2 here at home. If we can do that we'll definately win. If we lose game 1 or 2 it'll get very interesting.

Re: The Redsox:

tonights game is really important for the sox. if becket loses tonight, sox are really screwed. each of his starts has to be a win for them to take the series. the rockies are the real deal.

Re: The Redsox:

I dont think the rockies stand a chance tonight. The long rest is never a good thing, so they are even worse off besides being the underdog anyway.

Re: The Redsox:

HAHHAHAHHAHAH, Second pitch was a home run. The Rockies are very good, but I feel pretty good about the sox.

Re: The Redsox:

The first inning is not even over, and the game is over. what a fun time to be a new england sports fan. red sox, patriots, celtics have a great team this year. and as far as anyone knows, the bruins won the stanley cup the last season that hockey mattered.

HHahhaha, I'm no basketball fan, but I'm semi-excited for the Celctics. As for the Bruins, I don't think with the current management we'll see much. Talking to a guy at work, he's made a lotta good points, heh, and https://www.pleasesellthebruins.com/ is pretty funny.

Re: The Redsox:

rofl. Ok so the 5th inning is only going to end when the sox get tired of hitting the ball or when the rockies get tired of walking batters.

Re: The Redsox:

I think the opposition should just forfeit after tonight.

Re: The Redsox:

great game so far tonight. Schill is still in in the 6th and is looking decent. As we get to their middle relief I think the sox experience should shine.

so far the rockies are putting in a great game.

Re: The Redsox:

Yeah, that game had my attention much more than last night. Pretty well played on both sides. I "love," the Fox announces: "Its a great time to be a sports fan in Boston. You've got the White Sox in the world series, the Patriots on fire, and BC blah blah blah." Uhhh, buddy, its the Red Sox, you've been covering them for about a week or more now.
