I just run a few miles. Sure 10 gallons of phlegm build up in your throat and chest, but it clears the sinuses. I ran in the 20 degree weather i've been having.

Hope you dressed and hydrated properly! Running in the cold is just as bad as running in the heat for dehydration.

The dumb and lazy ones I give mundane duties. The smart ambitious ones I put on my staff. The smart and lazy ones I make my commanders. When you can't run anymore, you crawl and when you can't do that, you find someone to carry you.
