 I will be spending the day gaming. My goal is to have several meaningful rounds in PR, BF2142, TF2, CoD4 and ETQW all in the same day. That and eat enormous amounts of junk food.

progress report:
I just helped fenix seed the Team Fortress server. I met 4 or 5 guys new to TG and had some really great games. I think I am goign to have to spend more time on the TF2 server. What a great way to spend a birthday. This is quote from one of the guys that happened into the server. "Holy crap, is this a permanent server?! I am putting this in my favorites now. This is how Team fortress is supposed to be played." Then 3 or 4 other guys chimed in and said similar things about the high level of teamwork and voice communication. What is great is I have heard the same comments in every game I have played at TG. A year ago I was on my typical birthday gaming binge and happened upon the TG 2142 server. A month or so later I knew I had found my home and became a supporting member. This is a really nice birthday/TG anniversary for me. On a side note, I think The Fenix has done a great job nurturing TF2 at TG back to health. The TG TF2 server was really easy to seed. I logged on when it was empty and it was full within an hour with great games right at the start.
