If I were to take a guess, I'd have to say FSX with some sort of add-ons and/or mods. Someone more familiar with the game should be able to tell you, for sure, though.

I was gonna say Falcon but MSFSX could also be true. I'm gonna show those videos to my grandfather. I can't believe that guy was looking at a map while flying 30-50 feet off the deck. I don't even do that while driving!
