Re: NFL AFC championship game

I am one of those poor souls who can never find someone with tickets to the game, but I'll be glued to my television on Sunday for sure. With the freezing weather on its way, it might not be so bad in the comfort of a living room with heat.

Go Pats!

To watch this game I will again be lying outside in the warm San Diego sun, working on my tan with beer in hand and burgers on the grill. Regardless of whether Los Cargadores or the Patriots win, I win.

Re: NFL AFC championship game

One of my friends is selling 2 tickets for $200 each (that's a REALLY good deal - similar tickets are going for over $500). Note that these are season tickets, so if you take 'em you can't be an idiot and get thrown out or whatever. They're Section 301, Row 2, Seat 7 & 8.

PM me if you're interested.

Re: NFL AFC championship game

Some tattoo joint in san diego was giving away free chargers logo tatoos.... apparently lots were inked.

In other news: Since Game 4 of the ALCS, the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics are a combined 49-6. We New Englanders would get tattoos, but there is not enough room on our bodies for all the logos...

By the way, anyone know the over under for the number of chargers players that will cry like lost children after they lose this sunday? My guess is 6.

Re: NFL AFC championship game

Well, the Bolts are certainly holding their own in the first half. Touchdowns instead of field goals, otherwise the Chargers are ahead...

Re: NFL AFC championship game

SD certainly help up pretty well. Wish they could've fielded a team that wasn't beset by injuries to key players. LT was only in for 3 plays?!

great game. Bolts had their chances. IF LT was in this would have been a different game.

Re: NFL AFC championship game

Ya LT not playing probably hurt them a little but the backups did one hell of a job. You need get touchdowns though, not kick field goals every time you get to the red zone. Not many teams can win doing that.

Yeah, I gotta give props to the chargers, they did play a good game, but the pats quickly turned it around in the 2nd half.
