Not able to get into server

Some times I am not able to get into server I get a You have been kicked as a sucsessfull vote for excessive teamkilling and have been kicked. Anyone have any idea why this could be occurring because I have never team killed and am not sure why this is occurring, thanks for any help on this matter.
