Could this be a modern successor to the Tribes franchise?

GarageGames is the game engine company that formed after Sierra/Dynamix (creator of Tribes) disintegrated. They make an engine that regular joes can afford to make a game, instead of having to fork out millions of dollars for something like the Unreal engine.

I'm kinda discouraged by the lack of vehicles in the initial game type, as that's one of the things I look for in a multiplayer game. It's why I have no interest in COD and why I enjoy ETQW.

One of my favorite things in the old Tribes 2 was seeing a transport bringing in a squad of troops in heavy armor to lay waste to a base.
