I still have my first edition soft back red dungeon master's guide. You know, the one that was folded and stapled like a magazine rather than a book. Those were the days. Another true innovator passes into the great beyond.

I'd be lying if I said he didn't influence me in some way. Not been a good year for childhood influences...*sigh* I wish RIP stood for Respawn In Place. You will be missed.
