I know abc.com replays most of their popular shows online with about 3 30-second commercials. Some are in HD-fullscreen also.

And as for ABC.com, I have watched a ton of shows there, and it looks really good.
They got rated #1 for online video recently out of the other networks.
I just watched the whole 1st season of lost over again, and all of the really great show Daybreak, that got canceled mid season. If you all get a chance, check out that show. It should not have gotten canceled, and wouldn't have if they had not put it in an awful time slot.
