Hey all. So, I've finally decided to take the plunge into Teamspeak. unfortuatly, I tried during the Awake thing for BF2142. *Remembers getting kicked* ANYWAYS.
I just would love, no, I need badly, tips on how to use the dang interface. Please, I need as much info as possible.

First of all, set up a keybind for talk, don't have it voice-activated. I use Alt Gr as my talk button. Set up some keybinds to change channels. I have Ctrl Shift + as my 'next channel' buttons and Ctrl Shift - as my 'previous channel' buttons. To do this, when in TeamSpeak, go to settings - sound input/output settings, or settings - key settings - add, and then choose whichever you want.

Also, if you have a logitech G15 keyboard, try using the G15 TeamSpeak Addon

Like Westyfield said, once you figure out keybinds, they are great. I actually use my number pad for my keybinds. My - and + keys move me up and down channels, and the * key mutes teamspeak.

How do I set it to mute/talk the channel I'm in?
