My input is that a $50 Timex or Casio works better than any more expensive watch that I've ever seen...

I came here thinking from the title that someone had discovered a new line of condoms, but I'm in the market for a watch, too!

I've got an analog piece with a USB memory stick built in. I'd rather have a digital with calendar and alarm and whatever other fun gizmos I can fit. Automatic calibration to external time source would be extra-sweet.Dude, seriously, WHAT handkerchief?

Pick up a nice pocket watch. They're pretty spiffy and unique.

Right now I'm wearing a solar powered Casio that has six alarms, is water resistant to 200m (I've only been down about 7 meters), calibrates to the atomic clock in Colorado every day, can display local and one other time zone, and, of course, has a timer and stop watch. It cost $49 at WalMart.
Oh, and it has the indiglo-style light that turns on with a flick of the wrist, instead of by pushing a button (the wrist-flick feature can be disabled, though...).
I had a watch with a USB stick a while back and I found it nearly useless. But that was back when the sizes made them nearly useless... Even now, the prices are dropping and capacities increasing at a rate that would disappoint me if I bought a watch like that.Last edited by CingularDuality; 05-07-2008 at 11:49 PM.

The watch is really a novelty. I keep a WAP key on it and I like the look on a visitor's face when I plug my watch into his laptop to give him Internet access.
