It's obviously NOT Chuck's house. It's an old retired couple's home that they recently built on Bolivar. They built it "hurricane-proof" (40+ foot pilings into the ground, roof-stays, concrete/steel, etc.) so that's why it's the only house standing. Regardless, it's still unliveable because the inside was gutted by stormwaters and they've said it'll have to be demolished.
