That's what the aforementioned girlfriend uses on the collegiate athletes and I second its use. That stuff is STRONG.

EDIT: I'm not sure where to get it, websites are probably good bets like Gringo said. I can ask her about good places to get it if you're interested, but I'm sure the college gets it straight from the company in some deal.

I used to have pain after playing Tribes 2, which seriously stressed my mouse hand. I found that a simple wrist cuff from the local drug store took care of the problem, by preventing my hand from flexing sideways around the wrist. I didn't need the metal brace that goes in a sleeve in the cuff, so I pulled that out. Since then, I've not needed the cuff for any other game. (Damn Sierra for shutting down the T2 master servers!)
