Re: Favorite cereal
The Reese's cereal is my new favorite. (New, as in I didn't have it as a kid, but I love it now.)
Cinnamon Toast Crunch, since it came out, and Cookie Crisp, for as long as I can remember, have been my other two favorites.

Oatmeal (Instant) with cinnamon, maple syrup and raisins. Got lactose intolerance as I got older.

The sizes have definably gotten smaller over time. The sugar and salt contents have also gone up.

Re: Favorite cereal
Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Crunch Berries...I have noticed the Crunch Berries and Cap'N crunch pieces are smaller so I don't get cuts on the top of my mouth anymore after eating a bowl.

Re: Favorite cereal
Shredded wheat (not frosted).
Quaker Oatmeal squares
The bag version of golden grahams
Fruity Pebbles (the bag version)
Corn Flakes
Cheerios
Granolas
Grape Nuts
Reese's
Checks in any flavor
Rice crispys
There is no favorite, I have different tastes at different times.
BTW I think cold cereal is the perfect man food. It is very fast, tasty and fairly nutritious. I eat it for every meal some days and sometimes even snack on it.

I often have a bowl of cereal with milk as my evening snack, about an hour before going to bed. It's nice, 'cause a bowl is just the right amount.
