I have to agree with Viper, the UFC and Fedor's camp are not going to come to an agreement any time soon.

I was impressed with Arlovski for the brief time he was standing. He looked sharp and was keeping Fedor from coming in. Who knows if the fight had gone into the second round Fedor may have been down on points? However I think Fedor is a smart fighter and was looking to see what Arlovski was going to do. He waited for an opening and then promptly made Arlovski pay for the mistake.

Was I the only one who watched that live (PPV) and wondered WTF! when Arlovski went down? It happened so fast and needed a different replay angle to even see how it happened. Poor guy had his feet off the ground so he couldn't even lean away to soften the impact.

Got to love Fedor, he just seems to find a way to not lose.

I missed the actual fight but some kind soul put up a video on YouTube which was quickly taken down. Certainly, a highlight knockout.

I think we will see a Fedor and Lesner fight at some point. There is just too much cash to be be made. I think all parties want to see it happen there just happens to be alot of grandstanding.

No Octagon used for the fight? Is that setup only in the UFC? I know in Pride they use a square ring.

Not going to happen. Lesner's the biggest name they have in the HW division (which is sad). Unless he drops something like 4 in a row, he's not going anywhere. Win or lose, he brings in PPV buys from wrestling fans.
