Tesla Model S Sedan Concept: $49,900
So today was the big unvailing of Tesla's follow up to their sports car.
From what I've seen of the pics, it looks really good, and if the numbers hold up on mileage and recharge times, it will look even better. I'm wishing the price was closer to about $30,000, so I could consider buying, but I'm sure 5 years from now prices will have dropped and more people will be able to buy.
The wraps just came off, and here is one of the first of many links about it:

Looks nice! Bears striking resemblance to the Infiniti G series coupe.

I'd love to have one, just too spendy, and they reviewed it on Top Gear and had lots of issues, it didnt last but 50 miles and took forever too cahrge, plus some other things, most of those are prob fixed but the price is out there... nice performave though, it dragged with a elise and won

Top gear is actually in a bit of trouble because of that "report", as it turns out it wasn't really true, and as everyone knows the lead guy is a prick. He basically just said he doesn't like the idea of electric cars so he tanked it.

They even did the fake shot of having to push the car, even though it never ran out of juice.

Re: Tesla Model S Sedan Concept: $49,900
Unfortunately... even if this car was $5.00 I don't know if I would want to buy it. Just imagine the repair costs if ANYTHING should happen to it. I'm guessing the parts (lights, bumpers etc) aren't available in your online/retail auto store... if the internals go out you'll likely have to go just to a dealer as there's no one who can work on it. Just seems like a waste right now until more companies join in.
