I would mix it with some sprite and drink it.

What's wrong with DRINK it, could loose flavor, but wine kept in vats is exposed to air...

I like this thread, next time i have some chicken two days over the expiry I will make a thread as opposed to coin tossing to decide if to eat it or not.
