It must be Friday...
Tree fell on my car.
The tree was dead and I was going to cut it down eventually. Did not know it was in imminent danger of pulling out by the roots, but there was more rain overnight that softened it up. It was so dead and rotting that when lifting it off another four feet broke off the top and bounced down the rear windshield.
The roof was crushed in but most of that got pushed up from the inside; there is only a small creased dent left. Part of the tree broke off on impact and knocked the glass out of the driver's side mirror.
I lost the same mirror on my last car also - backed the van into a garage support pillar and ripped the whole mirror off. Guess I'll be duct-taping again for now...
