Currently, it's definitely 2142.
Somewhat nostalgically, I love(d) Super Mario 64 & Banjo Kazooie. ;-) They were the first video games I ever played. Zelda was good, too. On the PC, though, I liked Theme Hospital and the Civ series.

Strategy: (Tie) Act of War series and Starcraft
Space Sim: (Tie) Freespace series and Freelancer

sorry thats alot but BF2142 is what played the longest

Descent... not sure why someone hasn't made something in this genre since... Had all the same controls as a normal FPS, but it added Z axis strafing since you were flying. so fun.

Fav Online game got to be Killzone I racked up over 1500 hours on that game in the year and half I played it.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

Wipeout was another favorite game but of all time i'd have to say kotor or final fantasy 8.

Got to go with my childhood. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Hands down. So immense and adventurous for it's time. Nintendo 64 FTW.

Joust was my first arcade game I was any good at. I spent a lot of time in the mini-arcade at the MIT Student Center playing that, ca. 1980.

Zelda any of them (RPG)

Banjo Kazooie! My dad loved that game and had me playing it since I could hold the controler
