Soon pffft. Soon can't get here soon enough. Open will probably start at end of October. Not sure whether ill play open or not (already know basics and don't want to spoil anything else) but I guess ill see.

I expect the character wipe at the end of the open beta will make some people not want to play it.

I plan to play the game when it goes retail, but I doubt I'll do anything in open beta. Already played the stress test, know a little about the game, and know I'm going to enjoy it. So just going to wait so I can make my final character in retail, and go from there.

like lirix and polska, I have same feeling about open beta, dont want to ruin to much, il leg the game anyhow, most likely will sign up for 3 months in a advance, but ill see then.

in terms of playing on same server, I gree with bats, we should, having said that, what will be your first faction, horde or alliance?

by that I mean, the character you will play with, not just create it for the sake of creating an opposite faction character.

I intend to create one character and one character only. I'm just not entirely certain what.

Leaning towards a warlock or priest, but maybe a druid.

My primary will be horde. Not sure on class but most likely a shaman although that might change by release (I did enjoy the shaman in stress test). Main reason I like shaman is because he is caster/healer/fighter. I don't like to be a class which is specifically one of those types (ie warrior-fighter priest-healer etc...). Although shamans don't have the most powerful spells they allow me to have some variety in fights.

orc/night elf hunter on east server.

Not sure which one ill make yet, but one of them will be my 1st choice.

I just want to see home many people from NS will be for horde or alliance faction at the release.

Im probably gonna play, im going to be horde i know that. Tauren druid/warrior/shaman .. i dunno yet
most of my old ns friends and current eve friends are gonna play, we are gonna make an horde clan..

yes, Eve: Online. Yes, the space mmo, and yes, i like it.. pvp is so fun, lag is so bad

fleet battles of 70+ per side is death. its ok.. once i get my new machine finished, i'll be good
no, my ns friends are from c|E (an old clan around the days of 1.04 to 2.0, when it died) and they moved onto eve.. well, most of them.
