That's pretty fair. 5-40k USD a year, for questionable education that's rapidly dating itself as technology marches on. obviously some school are much better than others, and you certainly get out what you put in, but for a lot of fields of study its hard to say what you get out, except for a piece of paper.

No idea what A levels are but congrats! I'm currently in my third year of university and got a few left. What subjects will you be taking?
