Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
Was just about to post saying that I am also getting big slow downs, but thanks to the information posted above I minimised the sidebar, this resolves the slowness.

Low-priority: reputation pop-up is a little goofy:
When you enter a comment and then hit <enter>, it gives you an error message. If you click the "Add to Reputation" button, it works ok. I guess the default action for <enter> isn't mapped to that button?

Not sure if I missed it in the million replies, but attempting to collaspe "forum category" table does not work. The page just refreshes, and when you scroll back down, they are still expanded.

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
Apo - without skinning the whole site, is it possible just to tweak the default CSS' background to something non-white (until you have time to get a theme you like)? this is pretty brutal xD

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
I was in the vBulletin forum and looking at the styles earlier today. Looks like people are starting to get some out.
Forum here:

Nothing like TG before, but at least it has color:

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
I dunno if the admins did it or not, but after taking some time away from TG for this reason, those mini-video ads that appeared at the bottom of some pages and caused my browser to crash are no longer around...
If the admins did do it, then thank you, it is very much appreciated.Anger is a gift - Malcolm X

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
am i understanding this right that we're getting another design for the boards, but it's just that this version of vBulletin is too new and there aren't many themes out yet?

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
The button for removing members from an ihs is broken, not very crucial, but it's worth mentioning if you haven't noticed it yet.

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
Well over 300 bug fixes just deployed.. Go re-check some of those issues that you all saw before and see if they are still there. I'm specifically interested in usergroup managers and their ability to add/remove from their usergroups. Hopefully that's fixed!!

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade
Not a major bug or anything, but my hotlinked pics in this thread:
http://www.tacticalgamer.com/hardwar...ry-2010-a.html
Still do some funky pop out and blow up thing instead of going to the page where the reader can grab the wallpaper.
Whats weird is they all worked fine when I did the "preview post" option, but when you actually post, it does the pop up.
Any idea on how can I post a link so readers can click though? If my plans work out for a new daily "TG News" feature, I was planning to use pics that people could click on for the link to the original source.
