The TG test server? It's an older beta that had issues. The new one will be up tonight though.

In regards to the media tags. Try removing them and just putting the URL in the post. The new system should pick up the fact that its a media file automatically and embed it into the post/thread.

Nope, it was the official Teamspeak test server.
As an update, while still playing with TS3 it crashed, then like 10 sec. later Firefox crashed and could not get it to start again.
Started trying other programs and none of them would start.
Decided to reboot, but Windows wouldn't load and kept blue screening. After tons of fighting with it and trying to fix the startup and then a disk check, finally got to the desktop about an hour later. My TS3 download and install was completely gone.
So I'm pretty pissed with TS3 at the moment.

I shudder to think of how us mere mortals would have dealt with such a problem if someone as awesome as Bamboo was having problems with this.

Well. In all honesty it COULD have been TS3 or it could have been a restore point that got hosed and during that process going back to the previous restore point would have removed the changes made by the TS3 install.

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade

Possibly just me, I am currently using a Mac and Safari. Some posts seem to take up not the required width. For example, my post in THIS thread seems to be very narrow. I thought perhaps this was due to the use of a QUOTE?

Screenshot provided, just to see if it is just me, and to convey my issue.

EDIT: In-fact THIS thread seems to do it to me too!

RE-EDIT: Yet after I edited it to say THIS thread was doing it, it disappeared. Weird...

I could be wrong, but I think it might be the sidebar with recent articles. Regardless it seems to happen every other post. Perhaps an unclosed tag is throwing off the width? An unclosed div tag?

    I'm having a similar problem as Jeepo with the formatting, only now it seems I occasionally have to set my browser to full screen to get things to format properly. Otherwise things get really smooshed, to the point where it's just one letter per line, like this;

    H
    i
    ,
    h
    a
    v
    e
    a
    n
    i
    c
    e
    d
    a
    y

Re: Server Downtime - Server Upgrade - Site Upgrade

I'm getting it as well, though I seem to have noticed a pattern: it only seems to occur in posts where something is quoted. The quote box is ablut 10-15 characters wide, and it then formats the remainder of the post to be the same width.

I think it's actually the image resizer causing the problem. Looking into it.

Also glad you could get those ads that crash my browser back up and working. Doesn't feel like TG without them.

I'm looking to get that back online tonight or tomorrow. It's not the highest priority but it is above the actual site theme...

I appreciate the smart-ass comment rather than something constructive. I'll be sure to send as many of those your way as I can. Rather than bitching about it, I'm actually trying to track them down and get them eliminated. But thanks for asking!

I saw the black theme too. Getting video adverts at the bottom of the page, one for NFHA and another I will try to remember next time it comes up. And just a bump on this post:

    http://www.tacticalgamer.com/general...ml#post1441182

Date is still showing wrong, showing 1st Feb whereas it is really the 2nd at 23.33
