Its the intro movie to Rainbow Six (the first one I believe) with an EXE file that seems to be some kind of mod. As I don't actually have the game, I can't determine exactly what it is.

oops the exe file wasn't meant to be on there and you weren't meant to let on what the file was - you've ruined the surprise now.
That mod is for a graphic fix for 2 map packs.Jex.
