Where'd everybod go? And Slow web server today?

I've noticed that in the last 2 days there has been very little activity on the forums.
Is there some sort of holiday going on that I'm not aware of? Has everyone gone on vacation?

Also, today the web server has been very slow. I've gotten many time-outs (504 Gateway Timeout)

Are there issues somewhere? Or is something about to happen?

Just curious.

Sorry, I've been busy waiting for the maintenance man to open the closet again.

Chatted with Apo and he was on the problem all ready. He said it should be better and is much faster for me than it was all ready.

There was a holiday here in the US this week.

As for being slow today. We've opened a ticket and it appears that the circuit that Verizon fixed a month ago is running clean, but the other circuit they did not overhaul is now producing enormous amounts of line code violations.

I have actually pulled the #2 circuit and without all of those errors, everything sped right back up again. We've got a priority ticket open to have the issue resolved.

Yea. It seemed to me that there must have been something amiss.
I haven't seen it that slow even at home.

Thanks Apo.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns.
