Generally speaking, more alcohol...
The Bloody Mary was made for a reason. :-)

For some strange reason trying to eat a banana, which makes me feel sick, which flushes the head feeling away.
Funny because I don't mind bananas normally, but the morning after it has this strange effect that defies logic.

Hair of the dog...the only cure.
Newfies call a warm beer you leave out of the fridge from the night before a "straightener" cause it'll straighten things out for you. You drink it the next morning and your hangover is gone.Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never really care for anything else thereafter.

Well, when I'm going to really tie one on, I always make sure there's a quart of Gatorade for me to drink before I pass out... Since I've started doing this, I haven't had a single hangover...
Before that, a bloody mary or screwdriver combined with a multivitamin helped a LOT...Become a supporting member!

Drink lots of water and orange juice. One of the main issues with being hung over is dehydration which leads to those pounding headaches. While you're drinking all of those liquids, take 2 Aleve or a few extra strength Tylenol. You wanna have about 8 tall glasses of water throughout the day. It should help substantially.

Definitely have that water or some other liquid to rehydrate your body. I get headaches all the time and a glass of H2O cures it. I've never tried that one technique to avoid hangovers where you just keep drinking...
My definition of a hangover is violently throwing up the next day, all day.

gatorade... replenishes electrolytes and makes me feel peppy again. Hangovers are just dehydration so pumping yourself with water and power-aid type drinks will do the trick. I also personally like lemonade and chocolate milk... not mixed together mind you

But as Apo mentioned, nothing wrong with biting the dog that bit you... grab a bloody marry and suck it up bud, welcome to the wonderful world of hangovers
