its going to take some tweaking. for instance its designed for 800x600 and looks horrible @ 1280x1024.
2nd thing thats going to take time to get used to is having the names and details across the top, is there a way to have them down the side like the old forums? (this is something to get used to, its not really a "problem")
3rd colours (spelt right thank u very much
) again, takes time to get used to.
main thing i want is it to fit my page!

02-17-2004, 10:31 PM #37I'm going to be working on making it designed for 800x600 yet scaleable to whatever resolution you want to run. I agree that it could use with some more flexibility considering the larger resolutions people run in this day and age.

A request?
I'm not sure if this is something that you can easily change or not, but I'm always irked when I'm unable to read all of the "unread" messages at one time and then they're automatically marked as "read" after a certain amount of time. Is there a way to remove this automatic marking and allow manual "mark all as read" only?
Other than that, and some of the minor things that others have mentioned, I think these new forums kick arse. Thanks for the upgrade, guys!Become a supporting member!

I started to check out these cool new forums, set up my profile the way I wanted, was called to dinner and guiltily watched NCIS on the boob tube, and came back to forums that had everything marked as read. Frustrating, as this is how I sometimes miss some very important Sandbox posts...

Heres something i really like. In the general forum, the thread bently started called :0. When I rest my mouse on that thread name it shows me the first few lines of the thread... i dont see any other threads that do that... Can this be done to all threads?

02-17-2004, 10:59 PM #45Exactly correct. New posts will have some new capabilities that the old posts do not. The new forums actually have the ability to show you similar threads based on content scores at the bottom of the page view for each individual thread. Really handy when doing searches for stuff too.
