Largest NES collection ever sells on ebay

Sold for a little over $10,000. If any of you are familiar with the comic Penny Arcade, they're the ones that bought it. Seems that they are giving it away at an upcoming convention.

I used to read PA all the time. I'll have to go check them out again to see what their plans are for all of those.

HOLY CRAP!

thats alot of games! 783 games! wow, there must be a pretty high shipping cost to ship 190 boxes with the games and the strat guides that go along with them. were talking several hundred buckaroos.

Thats funny, who would pay that much for games, it would take you years and years to play all the games, and you would forget about what you played a few days after you start.

I know no one would buy them with playing all of them in mind, but still, whats the use?

Wow, that's amazing. I used to think a few hundred dollars was alot during a video game Ebay auction....not anymore.
