web based irc?

Any one know of a java type website where I can join IRC? I tried to google it but I couldn't find a good one.

If you are l33t enough, you can usually ssh out to a machine and then use a text-based irc client, like nirc, combined with screen (nirc automatically runs screen now I think) which will let you leave irc running even if your terminal disconnects.

That's how I get irc at work when I want to

If you are a huge ubergeek, you could always tunnel xchat too. But even I don't do that.
