Groovy. Be sure to see GameSurge.net (http) for a list of other servers in the case that one (or your network to it) dies.

You're able to join #tacticalgamer successfully now?

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Root: Welcome to TG. Feel free to punctuate your sentences correctly. Monkerz: Its gonna take all my skills to beat those boys off in the future.

Not from work. IRC is blocked. I'll check when I get home.

Re: We miss you in IRC.

Gamesurge runs a couple of servers on non-standard ports. Check their server list, you might get on yet.

It's totally not worth it. Going around looking to bypass the restriction somehow is a firable offense. We are talking serious compliance with SEC regulations issues.

I'm just happy I can post on TG from work, otherwise I'd go insane.

My office blocks the port. That doesn't stop me from tunneling the port over ssh though, when I am especially bored. Now I'm just sort of bored, hence the forums. :P

In this case, I prefer that.
I'm not sure how your clients handle channel listings, but doing a /list in mIRC on gamesurge returns a list of 25425 active channels (as of right now), which includes #tacticalgamer and #tacticalconflict. If it is desireable for #tacticalgamer and #tacticalconflict to not be included in the channels list, the channels can be made "secret" ( /chanserv #tacticalgamer mode +s ).
