Im thinking that we give out rep a little to easily (*cough* Wyz is TOO generous to me*cough*), but we should really be more cautious as to the rep system and NOT abuse it.

I give out negative rep as well. However, i am quick to praise because that is just as important as a swift kick to the arse.
