A few drawings I've done
There's only one right now, but I have another that will be done around 6:00 today, maybe earlier. Yeah, it's anime, but I like anime They're cool to draw.
Also, don't say anything about the right foot (from your poin tof view).. it's deformed, I know... That's why I hate drawing feet
I love drawing these
As I said before, there WILL be more

Re: A few drawings I've done
Is that an original compostition or copied from another drawing? Either way its pretty cool, I always wished I could draw really well like that.

Re: A few drawings I've done
somewhat copied. I dont really have a photographic memory, so another picture on the screen helped me out a little bit. I did a lot of my own editing though. I will put up my other one as well once i resize it. It is done, and i shall get started on my next picture.

Re: A few drawings I've done
Are those two in the last pic going at it doggy style, or is it just my dirty mind? Another good one though, but I'm sure you could find some unruled paper Sniper...
Overlag did you never watch Transformers when you were younger? That is a kind of westernised version of Manga I think.

I'm not a big fan of anime and prefer to watch movies and shows with real actors but like anything there are the exeptional ones. I cringe when I here people say they are cartoons in the western world sence when they are nothing like cartoons and are nothing like American shows. It's just one of many artistic ways to tell a story....
Akira, Ninja Scroll & Ghost In The Shell are three good examples "adult type" movies that have great visuals, action and complex story lines. Your local video store may have them, mine do.

As i agree. It is kinda adult oriented, but mature minds can understand it well. I understand the full story up to what I have seen, and I think Inu Yasha has a pretty good story line, as well as a variety of characters
Wintermute.. I dont draw dirty pictures, therefor, it's your dirty mind :\
please dont think of my pictures as... dirty cuz they're not

Re: A few drawings I've done
Hell, I remember ploping down in front of the tube for the early saturday morning showings of Robotech.
A lot of anime just plain sucks. The American versions of Dragonball and Pokemon are just garbage, but there's exceedingly great anime out there that you won't see on regular TV. Many newer cartoons are basterdizing anime in order to appeal to the fan-base.
Shows like Inuyasha and Record of Lodoss wars are throwbacks to my D&D days of swords and magic. Great stuff. Vampire Hunter D and other anime along those lines are extremely violent cartoons which are great because you can do a lot more with a small budget using a pencil then you can with using live actors.
My only beef with anime is when they go into "retard mode" and everyone's face gets all distorted in some flamboyant display of emotion. It's seems unnecessary, but it's not that big of a deal. FLCL did this a lot, but the whole series is completely stupid (in a good way) so it's not like you notice it.
PS: Buy Berserk, it's great.
