As everyone has already said it is one of those events in life that simply has no parallel. Utterly wonderful.

-NorcalRoach, funny you say your sons bday is the 15th. That is the exact date we hear the first heartbeat!!  It still really hasn't FULLY hit me yet. Nor my wife. She can DEFINITELY tell something is different though. I can only imagine......lol! We went to Babies - r - us and looked around the other day. Dang, if only I had toys like that when I was young!! LOL! I may have to go back and buy ME something. HAHA! Then again, I figured out that our child will be still 2 yrs old at their 3rd Christmas. I say boxes, a wooden spoon, and the wrapping paper will make great gifts til then! LOL! I think I still have pictures of myself and my cardboard box! I will keep all of you updated on news as the baby grows. Might as well be a TG baby from the beginning! Get it off on the right foot and all.... LOL! You all are now officially Aunts and Uncles! LOL! GOD is great!

Hi, Ranger, we have not met, but I congratulate you and your wife. I have four children and the excitement was there for each child---but the first was so very special. The joys that await you are immeasurable.
