They run on the same software. You can set BOINC to dedicate 60% of CPU to Folding and 40% to SETI or 80/20 or whatever....

Is there a way to have it save your info? It seems every time I boot up again, it looses all of the account info so I have to start over again.

That's strange. Did you install it so that it only runs when you're logged in, or runs when anyone's logged in, or did you install it as a service?

I think its only when i'm logged on, but it somehow picked up the settings today. Strange, but it fixed itself.
