Exclamation Counter Strike: Condition Zero?

I was wondering if CS: Cond. Zero was any good. I am a old school CS player and want to know if this Cond. Zero is actually worth the money. If it is any thing like the XBOX version or old school computer version, I'll buy it.

I really want to know if you have more type of weapons and uniforms. For those of you who have played CS for XBOX, you know that you did not have any other type of uniform than the default. In Cond. Zero, do you have it like the original CS where you have more than one uniform?

It all intreges me to a tempting point, but I would like to know some about it.

Re: Counter Strike: Condition Zero?

If you get CZ, get the retail version. The version you buy over internet SUCKS. If you buy it retail, you will get Counter-Strike: Deleted Scenes. IT IS AWESOME! I have CZ, and DS, and DS is b far better. I'd give it a 9.5/10 for myself
Ragdoll effects in DS

Re: Counter Strike: Condition Zero?

Usual gripes, dumb ai, little change over the free version, 6 year old engine, lame single player (ps, you can play against bots with the regular old version), etc...

Re: Counter Strike: Condition Zero?

Thats if you buy it online. Online, you dont get DS. Retail, you get the HL2 demos (not playable, but cool) and DS. DS looks as if it is a slighly new or edited engine. Yes, CZ sucks, but DS... I got my money's worth out of it! I suggest retail, if anything. DS has the ragdoll effect, which was awesome. and in DS, the bots arent really stupid, but like an average terrorist.. but maybe a little deaf :P

Re: Counter Strike: Condition Zero?

Wouldn't it be better just to save that money and buy a game that was actually released this century?

Re: Counter Strike: Condition Zero?

Save your money for when CS comes out on the HL2 engine, now that will be worth it. Dono if you seen it yet but if I was you I would spend it on Something more usefull.

FYI, you can get it easily over direct connect.
