Then you need the miracle product that is tivo. I have 3 of them (2 SD and 1 HD Tivo - all DirecTivos) in my house and couldn't imagine going back to live tv.

Not reading the rest since I don't want any spoilers. Love the show but I like to PVR them all then watch the season in one week.

I get my wings from a meat market in town that has nice plump ones. Deep fry for 10-15m, slather with Devil's Spit BBQ, grill for 5 min over gas grill with apple wood chips.
I either use Devils Spit BBQ or Franks Redhot + Peppers depending on my mood.
Of course, a must is homeade chucky blue cheese sauce - chunkiness matters.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Watchers?
So? Thoughts, feelings on last nights episode?
I missed part of it because my mother lost her Persian cat so I had to go on a hunt for the stupid thing. He's an indoors cat and she thought he had gotten outside, in the snow. I kept telling her he didn't and that he was just hiding somewhere.
Anyway......I couldn't beleive Chief Terriel beat up Kali. I was in shock, and then when he was flashing back to his dream I kept thinking to myself, "Man, I hope they don't kill him off." cause he's one of my favorite characters next to Starbuck, Apollo, Sharon and Baltar. (Yes, I like 6 I think shes cool as hell).

Battlestar Galactica: 7/10
Not a bad episode last night, but pretty anti-climatic. I guess they are just setting up the last episode though.
You gotta feel for the chief - the man has had his world rocked with Sharon and he's finally starting to crack.
What's going to happen to Baltar? He damn well knows that settling on that world is a trap waiting to happen. I predict that the cylons will srtike early at people on the surface instread of waiting patiently for a few months to get them all. I'm thinking maybe Baltar gets captured.
And why does it seem like Lee always takes a back seat character-wise? I like Lee, actually I like Lee more than Starbuck.
Stargate Atlantis 7/10
Great show. Little slow starting, but the end was fantastic. Anytime you can have a huge cool looking space ship in an episode, the episode will be good. McKay with the hot chick was priceless (hot if you don't fixate on her mouth - bleh).
Sheppard is always the man, he's getting to be my favorite character in the Stargate verse. And the way he waltzes in and steals the scientist chick from McKay was perfect. I need to see Teyla having sex - that's all I care about. I wouldn't mind seeing Weir either, something about her.
Err....em...ok then. Good episode. Can't wait to see that ship in action in season 3.
Stargate SG1 9/10
The grand-daddy of them all. Since this was the episode to bring Vala back and I would like to have sex with Vala I gave this a 9/10. Umm, besides it was a good show. Great back story. Although, the whole Vala mysteriously pregnant storyline is a bit strange.
The opening scene with Vala staring at Mitchell in the bathroom was perfect. Next week should be a kick-ass show. Although, giving the Russians a BC-304 is a nice plot device since you know it's going to have to go down in flames sooner or later.
I did think the battle cruisers were BC-303's though and not BC-304's?
Good episode all around though.
I am starting to worry about how Earth is preparing for the Ori though. They should be upping production of BC-304's drastically, not to mention getting ground troops ready to head to other planets to take the Ori on.
I still want to see a BC-303/304 fleet of 20 or so ships surrounding earth with fighter support. I want a big damn space battle!

Re: Battlestar Galactica Watchers?
Lee is a Commander now. So, he's going to have less and less of a role when it comes to flying missions. He's got to stay on the Pegasus most of the time.

As for Chief Terriel. Yeah, I feel bad for him as well. He's one of my favorite characters and hes probably had the most trauma. I mean, hes bene accused of murder, sabotage, being a traitor, he's had several people on the flight deck get killed, he's spent plenty of time in the brig. Finds out his woman is a machine. Then to top it all off the man beats the living hell out of Kali. I didn't expect that at all. In fact I was kind of hoping it was Cat who got beat down, she's frickin' annoying.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Watchers?
I am all caught up now... All good shows and BSG was made to leave us hanging for the season finale...Oh well....
As far as wings I either get mine at Walmart/Sams or a local meat market...
If I am cooking a big amount for a party I break out my big Turkey Fryer and slap in 20 Pounds...If it is just for myself then I will use the stove and my Turbo Cooker...
For the wing Sauce...if I am lazy I will use either Franks or Texas Pete's wing sauce as a base...then add garlic, some other of my hot sauces or whatever I feel at the moment.
If I need some less "HOT" sauce I will add the butter to tone it down for the people who do not want to feel the heat "TWICE"...LOL!

Marie's Super-Chunky (black label) blue cheese dressing ftw. I stir in a touch of crushed garlic.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Watchers?
I personally didn't like the whole 1 year later thing. But I can see why it was done. There was a lot of debate on whether or not there was going to be a 3rd season because the show is so expensive to make. So, I can see why they settled on New Caprica, it keeps the costs to make the show down. The only other thing I don't like is having to wait 8 months for the 3rd season.

My only hope is that they don't completely remove the Battlestars and space scenes because thats what has always made BSG, BSG.
And alas, I had no wings last friday.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Watchers?
From the podcast and other interviews, it's only going to be the next 4-5 shows on New Caprica, then it's back to space.
I really like the direction they are moving for next year (at least half of the year), you'll get more from the Cyclon perspective. And Baltar starts to get really nasty.
It's going to be a long wait until the next season.
