Re: Important Announcement
Congratulations Wyz, Don't worry about it, you'll be a fine father. After all you've been a fatherly figure to some of these guys around here and look how they turned out.........Hmmm maybe that wasn't such a good example.
Again Congrats to you and your wife.

lol Rince. More a case of logical thought process, but regardless, congrats Wyz (and Mrs Wyz too).

Congrats, Wyz! I'm sure you're already aware of what an awesome responsibility it is, but don't forget just how plain awesome it is...

Re: Important Announcement
How are you going to effectively command with a baby in your lap?

Re: Important Announcement
You ask that like he has effectively commanded before.

Re: Important Announcement
Oh, I've been practicing.
"Woman! Come get your child off my lap before I lose this HIVE!"
"HEYY!! >.< I don't give a damn WHAT has to be stirred on the stove. Get in here and take care of your baby... I'm trying to weld HEAVIES, HERE!"
LOL. Yeah. Right. haha
Reminds me a game I was commanding not long after Cavedog (remember him?) had his first. The moment is tense, and we need 100% of the force to complete the objective, and I'm screaming at my marines to "take the hill," or whatever nonsense.
I mean I am absolutely going nuts trying to get people to get where they're going, and I see Cavedog just moving sporadically around some irrelevant room somewhere, and I absolutely rip him a new one asking what the hell he's doing.
Back on his voicecomm comes this feeble, meager, defeated voice of the new daddy: "I.. uh... sorry man... I'm trying..."... haha.. that's all he said, and in the background, right near the microphone, was this absolutely WAILING infant.
We don't see much of Cavedog anymore. He's probably being a "good father," or a countless number of other admirable traits, and I don't know what his predicament was that moment, but I sure left him alone. hahaSteam Community? Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.
