I set up a paypal account and i've used that but just a quick query - does PP draw from my account or do I need funds in my PP account? I'm assuming that it draws directly from my bank.

you have to tell it how much to put in your PP account. And when that runs out you have to do it again.

I've attached my credit card to PayPal and it automatically draws from the card when needed. I guess it doesn't do the same with bank accounts.

No you don't. If your PayPal account balance won't cover your subscription, it automatically draws from the credit card or checking account that you set up...

I've been getting e-mails of that nature from both "PayPal" and "Citibank" almost daily lately.. Granted, they are all forged and not really from either of those two companies, but I wonder how many people they nab unknowingly "updating" their account info?
