"English" pizza:
Spread saltines on a cookie sheet. Smear with tomato paste. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Heat until cheese starts to melt. Enjoy! You can also substitute shredded extra sharp cheddar.

Re: Tactical Recipes
Super Easy Cheese dip
1lb of hamburger 1 jar of salsa (get the hot stuff if you like spice) 1 block of velveeta cheese 1 bag of tortilla chips Brown the hamburger Drop the Velveeta cheese in a crock pot and allow it to melt stir in the hamburger and salsa Note: you have to keep it warm, if you let it cool it will turn into a substance much like mortar. Serve it straight out of the crock pot. This is an awesome snack if you are having guests over. |

Negative Ghostrider, the pattern is closed. Proper Mac n Cheese should be made with a bechamel sauce as a base, incorporating the cheese at the last minute, then incorporating the cooked noodles. This is placed in a stoneware pot, topped with breadcrumbs and/or extra cheese (I prefer just cheese) and baked/braised until the cheese on top is melted. I know you were being sarcastic, but proper mac-n-cheese must be given its due respect. ![]() EDIT: Wildcat I'm trying that recipe out this weekend. Can't ------ing wait to try that with its proper accompaniments and peripherals. ![]()

Re: Tactical Recipes
Healthy/Unhealthy Casserole
1 pd. Ground Chicken 8 oz. Veggie Cheese (cheddar flavored) 8 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (I use bowtie but use your favorite) 12 oz. Evaporated Milk 4 oz Asiago Shredded Cheese Various Spices Olive Oil Start by boiling the pasta separately in water and a little olive oil. While the pasta is cooking throw your ground chicken into a frying pan. Add about half the total amount of spices you'll use right now. I typically use onions or onion powder, garlic or garlic powder, some Kayan Pepper, a dash of soy sauce. The spices you can use are varied though, fit it to the taste of the persons you're feeding. Amount varies, I usually just eyeball the amount to a point of it slightly coating everything. Stir the chicken until nearly done. Lower the heat on the chicken and start cubing the bar of veggie cheese. Stir the cheese into the cooked chicken. Pour in the evaporated milk, trying not to drown the chicken. Mix until the cheese is properly creamy. Mix in your cooked pasta now. After these are all properly stirred, add a layer of the asiago on top and let melt before serving. Serves 3-4. Variations: Feel free to add chopped onion or garlic to the meal. I've also used regular milk and even low fat milk in the mix and it works out fine depending on what brand you use. I know veggie cheese may not sound appealing, but trust me with the cream you won't notice the difference.

I think this gives me liberty to knife you.... multiple times. I love this thread, and I'm definitely planning on trying some of these out! Here's one of my favorites that's simple, quick and surprisingly delicious: "Make Him Crazy Alphabet Porkchops" 3/4c milk 3 eggs approx. 2 cups flour 2tbsp oil 2 cans vegetable soup (regular, nothing fancy) salt & pepper to taste 1. Mix milk and eggs (Don't beat.) 2. Dip porkchops in mixture and plop down in flour coating both sides lightly. 3. Sprinkle with a dash of salt & pepper. 4. Place in oil that has been warming in pan. 5. Turn when brown, remove when both sides are golden. 6. Place chops in baking dish and cover with soup. 7. Heat in oven until soup is lightly bubbly. Especially delicious with mashed potatoes and sweet peas. MmmMMMM! Enjoy!

Re: Tactical Recipes
Beer Can Chicken
1 can (12 ounces) Beer 1 Chicken (3 1/2 to 4 pounds) 2 tablespoons All purpose rub: 1/4 cup kosher or sea salt 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup sweet paprika 2 tablespoons ground black pepper 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. This one is easy. For my first try I got it down pat. Optional: 2 cups of wood chips soaked in 1/2 beer can for 1 hour then put in smoker box. Let the smoker box sit on the grill where the flame is for about 5 minutes before you put the chicken on the grill. Put 1 teaspoon of the rub in the cavity of the chicken, 1/2 teaspoon in the neck cavity, drizzle oil over the body and then put 1 tablespoon of the rub over the body of the chicken. Put another 1 1/2 teaspoons of the rub in the beer can and don't worry if it foams up this is normal. Make sure your gas grill is set to 350 degrees Farenheit before putting the chicken on the grill on indirect heat (if you have 3 to 4 burners turon on the outside ones and leave the middle one off. Put the beer can in the cavity of the chicken upright then stand the chicken on the grill using the can as the rear leg and the bottom legs to the front where there is no flame so you are cooking indirectly. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to cook on the gas grill or maybe more. Make sure the chicken is standing on its own. Chicken is done at golden brown and at 180 degrees using a meat thermometer. REMEMBER TO KEEP THE LID CLOSED WHEN COOKING. Two burner - one stays lit while the other does not.

Re: Tactical Recipes
Hell yeah beer can chicken is the shizzy. All the moisture from the beer keeps the chicken super moist, and the indirect heat locks in a ton of taste. Good stuff.
