Re: You never know how much stuff you have...
I moved a month ago. Pretty much took a chair and my HDTV, then bought all new furniture for 1100sq ft. Now THAT's how ya move - Especially if you aren't on the first floor.

Re: You never know how much stuff you have...
I'm in the new place! Still got a small amount of stuff to take from my old one and some cleaning to do.
Bad news is that my dining room table, that I was using as a desk for a couple days in the old place, won't fit in the bedroom door of the new place. And I really don't have any other place where I wanna set up the desktop, so I'll just limit myself to my P3-500 laptop for a couple days. Glad the police recovered it when it was taken from my apartment a couple months ago!Battlefield Admin(BF2 Rules) (BF2142 Rules)

LOL! I thought about that, then decided that it's only a couple days without games so I'd live. Now, if I didn't have this laptop and was deprived of the Internet all together, that table would be in pieces!
Besides, I have enough to do around here that I didn't really need the distraction of the computer.. And, besides that, I jammed my finger today moving crap out of the old apartment and each key stroke with that finger hurts.Battlefield Admin(BF2 Rules) (BF2142 Rules)

Re: You never know how much stuff you have...
Ugh, I hate moving. Back when I was in college, I moved in and out of dorm rooms/apartments every year. Beyond tired of that crap. I've been in my current place for... I think about 4 years? Around there. I want to move out because it's a small apartment (but it's cheap-ish), but I've made it up in my mind that the next move I make is going to be into a house where I can stay forever (or at least a good long while).
