I've noticed how awful the site looked in text browsers before. I just can't imagine anything will ever be done about it.

Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

I've having troubles viewing the site in telnet, think you can check in to that Apo? There's like no navigation stuff at all. Can't log in either

I'm on IE7 (7.0.5700.6) and the only problems I'm having are with server status...not getting any response to selecting a linked server to see it's status. Originally Posted by Apophis

I like the blue better as well. A little easier on the eyes. But I'm willing to settle for wyzcrak's render as well. I'd hate to just throw all those hours of hard work away... Originally Posted by perry

For those still following the thread, in the top nav system of the site, are we missing anything? Is there anything critical (besides adding the rest of the games) that you think should be up there?
If you want a sneak peek into what direction we're moving, be sure to click on the Games > World of Warcraft link. From there, you'll get a new game-specific splash page that will display game-specific news and announcements as well as main TG news and announcements. A custom game-specific navigation box on the left will get you anywhere you need to go for that game, as well as links to SOPs, Rules, Server Info threads. If links to additional TG hosted resources (like the WoW Roster) are needed for a specific game, those can be added as well.
The top nav system, which will get you anywhere in TG easily, will be the same for all pages in the site.

I've been having some wierd firefox lockups when viewing threads. It loads the whole thread up almost all the way, and then it freezes and you can't move the window or scroll or anything, but it doesn't actually freeze up on my end, it just stalls out and I have to close the window. The post quick reply button is also taking quite a bit longer than the previous site took. Just a few observations. And for some reason I'm not an SM anymore

I'm not sure what the firefox lockups are. You might want to try disabling plugins until you can see which one might be out of whack. I use Firefox as well and don't have any issues like that. Originally Posted by Acid

Please report any script issues in their respective threads (see sig). I'm using all of them (some of which are temporarily broken from the changes), and I've had no performance problems. With so many changes, it's important that Apophis know what problems are and are not related only to folks using the scripts, so let's not use this thread to figure that out.
I want the NS item in the Forums menu to have submenus, Apophis, but I haven't mentioned it, as I've assumed all of this is unfinished.
The first customization I have in mind is to add SteamID search to the Members dropdown. I figure that has niche appeal, but you could add that, if you liked.Steam Community?
