I'm dissapointed. TF2 was the only game I have been looking forward to playing in the last several months. Seeing it delayed saddens me deeply. Guess I can put off that computer upgrade till mid 2007 :/.

EP1 was just a set up. From the game play footage I've seen with EP2 it's gonna be worth it, plus it'll be longer having you driving around a lot more. Personally I was looking forward to Portal although if they were to take the opportunity of this delay to throw in some multi player I guess it would be so bad. Also I think TF2 should have different character model sets for red and blue separately like they have in TF1. Am I alone in that?

Sounds like a lot of work. The whole point of these new characets is so that their silhouette will be instantly distinguishable, and having to memorize two sets of profiles will complicate things that much more. Not to mention redesigning every character, remodelling every character, reskinning every character, rerigging every character, ,rehitboxing every character, and reanimating every character. I don't want the game delayed AGAIN.

I agree that $20 was a little high for EP1, but EP2 plus TF2 plus Portal is a bargain at that price.

This is almost old news... I heard this over a month ago on a different website. It is definitely disappointing but not surprising. They delayed HL2 for the longest time so this is no surprise.
