So Scotland Yard thinks they have a picture of what Jack the Ripper possibly looked like. I always found the stories surrounding Jack the Ripper interesting...

Wow! I never knew Comissioner Hagger from "Final Fight" was the actual Jack the Ripper....and he's my favorite character. WWWHHHYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

I always found the case really interesting. I watched some movie called From Hell, it was pretty screwed up but pretty good.

Definitely don't remember him, at least not on the SNES (was it also on Genesis?)
