you live in wilvil bleak? i always hated having to go to wilvil...takes forever. thankfully when I was in the dorms i lived in libby, so I only had to walk 100 yards to class. Thankfully I live a couple blocks off pearl street now so I can just go to the bars and let the alcohol warm my bones.
just wait until you get a real taste of how bad it gets here, springtime is nuts.

It's sunny and mid to upper 60's here in the valley of the sun. Lows are in the upper 30-50's depending on where you are at.

I'm going home in December, to Zululand, South Africa. I phoned my mom last weekend. It was 111 F ( 34 C, plus 7 effecitive humitidy). You have never felt anything like a Zululand summer. Should be fun. I see the beach in my future.

Come to AZ in August and that is what you get on a cool day he he.

During the monsoon season (July-September) the Phoenix are averages about 111F and about 40*80% humidity levels. It's not fun

Its a balmy 9 degrees here today not counting the wind chill, so feels about 0. Im right on the Wisconsin/Upper Penninsula of Michigan border, Michigan side. We get lots and lots of cold and snow up in these parts. Odd that is was 55 degrees Wednesday!

If you dont like the weather in these parts, wait 5 minutes, and you will get a whole new season

Well, after living 30 years in Green Bay, 5 years of college in Houghton, Michigan and now in Sioux Falls, SD they all have some nasty weather.

However, I do have to say that Sioux Falls is worse. Not much snow, about as much as Green Bay year after year, but the wind is horribly nasty all the time and it gets very, very cold here - more so than Green Bay.

It's been <10C the past 3 days with windchills between -10-(-20)C.

Yes we got lots of snow here in Colorado... going up to Steamboat for the weekend to ski in the best powder of the year so far!
Now I'm jealous...no snow here in New England and almost no cold weather to speak of at all...very mild autumn...lots of rain as usual but not even a snowflake in the mountains...

weather has been strange in CO as of late. Lots of snow in the mountains, but we've had very little to speak of until last week. We got about a foot in the big storm and then another 3-4 inches night before last. Total accumulation of about 25 inches for the season so far. Go 15 mins west though and its 8-10 feet for the season, get out to the resort areas and its a lot more. Its all just kinda hanging behind the mountains, very ominous looking sometimes.

But dont you admit that Houghton has some nasty winters? Im in Menominee MI myself, and it seems that the further I get into the Upper Penn the colder and more snow we get. Not sure why they call Green Bay the "Frozen Tundra" its not nearly as bad as here.

I used to to live in WI (Blk Rvr Falls) and yes...we do have the wierdest weather imaginable. When I was up there May of last year...Within 1 week, it rained, it sleeted and it was CRAZY hot. It makes no sense. But, it is God's country up there and cant wait to move back up there.

I'm west of you about 20 miles Derdmeh. I live between two lakes so the wind whips through here on days like this. It's calm now, but when I went outside the other night at 2am to chisel ice off the furnace outlet it only took ~8 minutes for my fingers to start hurting the second time. Frostbite's a b*tch.

-30 with the wind chill here in the Upper Penn. When they give out winter weather advisories and tell us to stay indoors, MOST, listen. The rest all went to the ATV Ice Races and the Ice Fishing Derby that was scheduled for this weekend. Imagine, the fishing derby is a no-shant derby which means you are allowed to sit on a bucket. No chairs or shelters just you and your pole with your ass frozen to a 5 gallon bucket.

Not my cup of tea thats for sure.

About the same here, but windier than ****... I just can not get used to this wind, it just doesn't quit.

My wifes in Milwaukee today (Cuday.. picking me up some damn sausage to ship me too) and it's about the same here as there.
