Not easily.. In all honesty, we hit 400,000 posts some time ago. But a huge chunk of posts are in an archive that are not included in the normal count.

Is it me, or were we over 400,000 yesterday, and now we sit at 399,725?!!
Could of sworn I saw 401,126 or something like that yesterday!
