Every single FPS I have ever played on the console uses an auto aim feature (a "snap to" effect). This isn't a bad thing, as it brings in more casual gamers to the console. I certainly believe the PC gives you more overall control using the mouse/keyboard combination, but playing on a console is simply easier due to the auto aim.
